The 1021F is fitted with our 6 cylinder, 8.7 l, FPT engine delivering 320hp to a 4 speed power shift transmission. With our unique cooling cube we have improved the cooling efficacy by insuring each cooler receives cool non-recycled ambient air. Combine this with the reversible fan and smart in cab controls and we effortlessly keep the coolers clean in the most dusty of work environments.

The combustion chamber and high pressure injection are optimized to reduce oil dilution. The engine only breathes fresh air, so there is no oil contamination. It also has better fuel compatibility because thee is no exhaust gas recirculation and it doesn’t need a specifi c oil because with “SCR only” there is no Diesel Particulate Filter.
COOLED HEAVY DUTY AXLES
The new heavy-duty axles are tougher, bigger and easier to service with the 3-piece housing design. Moreover the internal oil temperature is kept constant by the oil cooling, resulting in even more reliability.
